Upper Airedale Junior League’s first-ever meeting with the Bradford Junior League at under-12 level ended in victory.
Bradford batted first and amassed 167 for four, with No 3 Murgatroyd hitting eight fours in his smartly crafted 40, while opener Richardson (42) and Devonshire (33no) were also in the runs.
Upper Airedale were grateful to Macauley Cunningham, who struck 65 in reply as they passed the total with five wickets remaining.
