A PATIENT had to be brought back to safety after a serious incident at a Bradford hospital.
They were rescued from the roof of Bradford Royal Infirmary on Thursday night.
West Yorkshire Police and West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue were called out to the scene.
The ordeal reportedly lasted around five hours.
No one was injured during the incident.
A spokesperson for Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust said: “We can confirm that there was an incident last night involving a patient on the roof of Bradford Royal Infirmary.
“No other patients were put at risk and the incident was resolved.
“Due to patient confidentiality, we are unable to provide any further details.”
