John Bentley is the new guest at a groundsmen's annual meeting
Dual-code rugby international John Bentley has stepped in as guest speaker for the West Yorkshire-Leeds branch of the Institute of Groundsmanship’s annual meeting at Cleckheaton Sports Club on Wednesday (7.30pm).
He replaces Halifax RLFC coach Karl Harrison, who has had to withdraw at short notice due to work commitments.
The fourth round of the national quiz will precede the agm and there will be the usual free supper.
