After a disappointing defeat against Wakefield Thirds the previous week, lightened only by a well- taken goal by youngster Stephen Booth, Bingley Bees’ men bounced back with an excellent 6-5 win over Tadcaster.
Skipper Ben Clough and Matthew Clough (2) gave the Bees a 3-1 lead at half-time.
Each Clough scored in the second half and, although Tadcaster hit back hard, Matthew Clough got a late winner.
