Highdale have made a fantastic start to the Bradford Table Tennis League season, with all four of their teams unbeaten after three rounds.

Highdale B moved top of Division One ahead of Highdale A following their 7-3 victory over Dewsbury Sedbergh A.

Stephen Denny recorded a treble with Graham Manicom adding two and Mick Craven one.

In Division Two, Highdale C have a win and a draw from their opening two matches, while Highdale D in Division Three followed up successive draws with their first victory at Hermits C.

Allan Miles-Turner, Mark Jessop and Bob Underwood reeled off the first three singles but were pegged back as Hermits took the next three.

Miles-Turner and Underwood put Highdale 5-3 up but they needed a tight five-game doubles to clinch their first win.

In Division Six, Baildon B and Fastbats F had both won their opening two matches and Baildon were indebted to Paul Robinson, who won all his singles as Baildon came from 4-2 down.
