Georgie Brown of Lothersdale is proving that sister Danielle is not the only talented archer in their family.
Danielle was a Paralympic gold medalist in Beijing two years ago but Georgie, a student at Nelson & Colne College, is hot on her heels.
She became national junior ladies compound champion last month, while also helping her county to win the team prize.
This was followed by a bronze medal at the European Junior Championships in Winnenden, Germany.
And most recently Georgie set a new national junior record of 2726 points on her way to finishing eighth overall in the Andover & Old Basing Double FITA Star competition, which is part of the National Series. She was the highest-scoring junior.
