A decent performance by Bradford Bulldogs went unrewarded as they suffered a 7-2 defeat against Flintshire Freeze.
Michael Fletcher and Dean Boothroyd scored for the Bulldogs, who next face a trip to runaway leaders Whitley Bay on Sunday.
The club's under-14s maintained their good form with a 6-5 win over Flintshire, which keeps them third in the table and still with an outside chance of making the play-offs.
The Bulldogs goals came from Myles Dacres (2), Joel Marrow (2), James Eastwood and Bradley Chapman.
