Ian Kemp and John Spinks were the stars as Pudsey A beat Pudsey Littlemoor A in the Naylor Premier League.

Kemp won 21-4 and Spinks took his match 21-4 in a 23-7 outcome which keeps Pudsey as the biggest challengers to Crossroads, with Littlemoor having now surely slipped out of title contention.

Clayton A's good form came to a stuttering end with a 23-7 defeat at Brighouse Sports A, with Bob Whitfield and Ronnie Wormald carding 21-10 wins.

Spen Victoria A are poised to wrap up the Godwin League title after a 24-6 victory over Wyke A opened up a 35-point gap at the top of the table.

Michael Morris (21-6), Peter Jagger (21-7) and Matthew Briggs (21-7) led the way for Spen as Neil Tordoff produced a 21-6 reply for the visitors.

Eccleshill B and Crossgates are fighting it out for second place and the former hold a seven-point advantage after a great 24-6 success at Rufford A.

Brian Walker (21-5) was the pick of six single-figure away winners, with Jon Wilcox (21-9) helping Crossgates to a 22-8 home win over Spen Victoria B.

Brighouse Sports B edged home 16-14 at Guiseley A thanks to Steve Foster and John Lunt both winning 21-9.

Pudsey Littlemoor B look favourites for the Observer League title and were helped by a 25-5 home success over Queensbury A thanks to Mick Gadd (21-3), Luke Thompson (21-3) and Ted Laidlaw (21-6).

Horsforth Woodside A are still pushing Littlemoor hard after a 29-1 thumping of Salts A, with Simon Chaffer (21-2) the pick of nine winners.

Royd House A look to be heading for the drop, although a 20-10 win over Peel A might just kick-start their season. William Cater (21-10) was again the Royd House sweep winner.

The Bartle League has been a tough one to call all season, with all teams beating each other and five of them still in with a shout.

Pudsey B currently sit at the top of the pile after a narrow 16-14 success at Greengates.

Clayton B beat Drighlington 18-12 but both these teams are in with a chance of promotion.

Stanningley look doomed but were helped by a 24-6 success over Bowling A thanks to Jack Roberts 21-8.

John Metcalfe earned a great 21-3 result as West beat Oaken-shaw A 19-11, ably assisted by Alec Hardaker (21-8).

David Hodgson (21-6) helped Eccleshill C produce a fine 22-8 win at Spen Ex-Service in the Haigh League to put them in contention, along with BBA and Pudsey Britannia B, for the title.

Roy Carter (21-6) and Mick Church (21-9) steered BBA to an 18-12 win at Brackenhill A.

Pudsey Brit B slipped up 18-12 at Bradford Moor A, who had Alan Naylor (21-8) starring.

And Wyke B are surely safe now after a 22-8 home win over Rufford B, who slip deeper into trouble after being hit by Ian Fraser (21-7) among a total of seven winners for Wyke.

Current Riley League leaders Pudsey C maintained their momentum 17-13 at bottom club Knowles B thanks to Sue Chadwick (21-4) and Stan Best (21-7). Knowles are 55 points adrift with three games left.

Pudsey should be crowned champions, with Wibsey B and Harold Park both 18-12 winners in the fight for second spot.
