Bradford Police continued their red-hot start to the amateur season after stretching the club’s win tally to 12.
Aaron Davis emerged victorious from the Malthouse show in Rotherham, despite facing a far more experienced opponent.
Callum Parker from Derbyshire’s Royal Oak club had twice as many bouts under his belt and enjoyed a significant height advantage.
But that did not put off Davis, whose non-stop work-rate and volume of punches earned him a unanimous verdict.
The improving Nawid Ghaznewal followed up with his third win on the trot against Jordan Turner (Huthwait) at Mansfield.
Turner came out throwing everything but Ghaznewal never panicked and stood back to pick off his opponent with some sharp, direct shots.
Ghaznewal should have earned a standing count in the second and went on to win convincingly.
