The home match is at Pudsey BC and the away match at Barton BC – and the players will be hoping for large support at both venues.

Salts take on Tyersal and Bradford Moor play Asa Briggs A in the semi-finals, which get underway at 1pm, with the final following at about 3.30pm.

* The Bradford Crown Green Bowls Association's presentation evening will take place at East Ward Labour Club on Thursday, November 26 (7pm). Tickets cost £4 and anyone wanting one should contact Maurice Carter on 01274-664705.

* Shipley Club are now looking for teams for their Short Mat Indoor Bowls League, which is due to start on Monday, November 16 and runs through to March.

Matches will be played over Mondays, Tuesday or Wednesdays and games will be every couple of weeks.
