STUART King (Asa Briggs) is the champion of champions.
He won the Victor Ludorum Individual Merit, defeating James Senior (Elland CA&BC) 21-13 in the final at Clayton.
King made it through to the final of the Wibsey DIY Centre-sponsored event with wins over Robert King (Cranmore) 21-7, Chris Mordue (Pudsey) – the only former champion in the field – 21-15 and Riley League average winner Peter Barstow (Shelf) 21-7.
Senior's victims were Josh Mordue (Brighouse Sports) 21-15, Mark Taylor (Crossgates) 21-12 and Joe Stockdale (Guiseley) 21-8.
Both finalists had been in terrific form on their way to the decider but King was always in control there as he raced into a 7-0 lead before Senior opened his account with a double.
King replied with an eight-break, Senior responding with a sixer to make it 15-8.
A double-double combination from King brought him closer to the title, which he won despite a few scrambled late chalks from Senior.

* Greg Smith (West Brom FSC) won the Pudsey Classic, sponsored by AD Sports Supplies, by defeating James Wilcox (Crossgates) 21-15.
Smith, who had missed out 21-20 to James Davison (Eccleshill) in last year's final, went one better with a magnificent display.
He opened up with a 21-13 win over Ian Booth (Lower Hopton), who would have beaten most players.
Next up for the classy Smith was recent Waterloo Handicap semi-finalist Daniel Jones (North Wales), who had been impressive in his opening 21-13 victory over Ashley Tattersley (Lower Hopton).
The game was expected to be close but the early difference was that Smith made his pairs and by the 12th end he was11-5 ahead.
Smith then went overdrive, allowing Jones just one more chalk as he romped into the semi-finals 21-6.
There he faced former Pudsey Classic quarter-finalist Gareth Gwilliam (Glossop), who knew a good start was imperative.
He led 9-4 after ten ends and at 14-5 it looked like curtains for Smith. But true winners show their ability at the most difficult of times and he produced some good stuff on difficult marks to level at 17-17.
Gwilliam, sensing his chance had gone, was edged out 21-19.
With a new name guaranteed for Pudsey's roll of honour board, the final was yet another battle between Yorkshire and Warwick & Worcester.
Smith has already won a string of competitions this season but Wilcox has lots of experience of the Pudsey green.
The game was level at 3-3 after five ends, with Smith edging 7-5 ahead after ten. A run of three successful ends made Smith favourite at 12-5 and two ends later it was 13-6.
Wilcox was holding Smith to singles but could not really get a foothold and after 20 ends it was 16-8.
Wilcox hung on to the finish but Smith held his nerve to become the first Warwick & Worcester player to win the Pudsey Classic since the event began in 2005.

* The Spen Floodlit League has reached the halfway stage and Division One seems to be a three-team race.
Pudsey Littlemoor A look the strongest, lying three points ahead of Eccleshill and eight in front of Pudsey A.
Division Two is a tussle between a strong Elland WMC and Shipley Club A, with Elland holding a one-point advantage but with a trip to Shipley to come in a couple of weeks' time.
Brighouse Sports B remain undefeated in Division Three but are at second-placed Pudsey Littlemoor B this week, knowing a victory will leave them title favourites.
Harold Club and Cleckheaton Sports B look the strongest teams in Division Four, with the former six points ahead of their rivals.
