THE FOURTH-round draw for the inaugural Bradford Snooker Handicap Championship has created some interesting ties.
Bradford champion John Wellham (-25), from Allerton Conservative Club, faces a tough trip to Eccleshill Victoria Cons to face Lewis Walsh (-25), while four-time Bradford champion Gareth Green (-47) takes on last year's runner-up, his brother Anthony Green (-20), at the Harold Club.
Other ties: A Tipper (5) (Undercliffe Cricket) v R Lovett (27) (Tong Liberals), A Crossan (15) (Shipley Cons) v P Davey (15) (Undercliffe Cricket), M Glen (15) (Laisterdyke WMC) v D Robson (20) (Shipley Social), C Smith (12) (Tong Libs) v P Goodall (-14) (Eccleshill Vic Cons), S Sandhu (13) (Undercliffe Cricket) v C Davies (16) (Tong Liberals), H Mawson (-25) (Eccleshill Vic Cons) v A Hodgson (-4) (Tong Liberals). All matches must be completed by Sunday, October 26.
The deadline for entries into the Bradford Snooker Singles, Pairs and Hey's Trophy is this weekend, and all players and clubs are urged to make sure they get the forms and payment sent on time.

The Yorkshire Inter-District League Snooker season starts next weekend (October 11-12), and last season's Division One champions Bradford No 1 welcome Division Two champions Bradford No 2, who have been promoted back into the top flight after a number of seasons away.
The match takes place at Undercliffe Cricket Club on Sunday, October 12 (7.30pm).
