CHRIS Melling has qualified for the International Championships in China after beating Luca Brecel of Belgium 6-5.
The Keighley potter produced breaks of 50 and 52 to win the last two frames and overturn a 5-4 deficit.
Melling had earlier opened with a 76 to go ahead but the lead changed hands in a see-saw battle which featured two Brecel century breaks (106 and 100).
The Yorkshireman will compete in the final stages in Chengdu from October 26 to November 2.
