Bradford's teams are back in action on Sunday in the Yorkshire Inter-District League.

Bradford's No 1 snooker side start their campaign at Division One defending champions Sheffield No 3 after the tie was postponed from the first week of fixtures, while Bradford No 2 host Wakefield No 1 in Division Three at Manningham Ward (7.30), hoping to follow up from their excellent opening round win at Selby.

In the Billiards league, Bradford travel to Huddersfield No 2, again looking to back up their first- round win against Harrogate.

The draw for the Hey's Trophy has now been made and first round matches are as follows:

These ties are provisionally scheduled for November 29 and December 6 but will be confirmed when all sheets are sent out early next week by tournament director Eddie Ratcliffe.

Draws for the Bradford Snooker Singles and Pairs are being made tomorrow. Full details will be sent out by tournament director Richard Hagerty, with a list of matches appearing in next week's column.

The deadline for entries into Billiards' Moorhouse Shield is Wednesday, and any clubs wishing to enter should do so by this date.

The Yorkshire Snooker Handicap has now been confirmed and will be played at Cue Gardens in Bradford, with a qualifying day taking place on Sunday, November 18, after which the competition will be played down to a winner on Sunday, december 2.

This competition will be a pay and play on the day with an entry fee of £10.
