YORKSHIRE need seven more wickets to win their LV= County Championship match against Warwickshire at Edgbaston and secure a fourth successive win and a 24-point lead at the top of Division One.
Ryan Sidebottom bowled Jonathan Trott around his legs and trapped Laurie Evans lbw for a two-ball duck in the 21st over of the hosts’ second innings as they chase 434.
That left them at 58-3 seven overs into day four, which has seen rain cut the morning session short by half an hour.
Ian Westwood and Sam Hain have shared an unbroken 45 for the fourth wicket, taking the score to 103-3.
There are 70 overs left to be bowled in the day, with that rain break causing the loss of four overs.
