Philip Radcliffe is organising the course at Cross Hills Working Men's Club
The Bradford Branch of the England and Wales Cricket Board’s Association of Cricket Officials (ECB ACO) are organising a level one umpires’ course at Cross Hills Working Men’s Club on three successive Saturdays, starting on November 2 (noon-5pm).
The cost of the course is £30 per candidate (payable at the first session), which includes all course materials, workbook, a copy of Tom Smith’s Cricket Umpiring and Scoring and the examination fee.
