Craig Kopczak scored a hat-trick as the Bulls beat Wakefield 40-18 to claim a second straight win.

The visitors took a shock early lead when Frankie Mariano blasted through off the flat pass from Tommy Lee, Josh Veivers converting, but it didn't last long.

A great piece of play saw Shaun Ainscough break away down the right and Tom Olbison celebrated his first start with a try off the pass from Brett Kearney, Ah Van converting.

The Bulls took the lead on 23 minutes when Ah Van sent in Shad Royston following Kearney's neat chip over the top and extended their advantage when Kopczak burst through off Danny Addy's pass. Ah Van converted both.

A delightful offload from Addy sent Kopczak in again before the break, Ah Van improving, allowing the Bulls took take their foot off the gas in the second half.

Royston touched down following a good half-break from Michael Platt, Ah Van converting, but Luke George responded after Josh Griffin had picked off Marc Herbert's kick.

Ainscough claimed his second try in two games when Veivers failed to deal with Herbert's grubber and Kopczak completed his hat-trick off Diskin's pass, Ah Van converting the latter.

Former Bradford youngster Kieran Hyde registered a late consolation with the final play of the game, Veivers converting.
