They headed out to Brighouse geared up for some light-hearted relief after four games in 15 days.

Boss Steve McNamara treated his side to a run around in the forest, lining each other up instead of Super League rivals.

"We've just had our busiest period yet so it was good to get out there and take out a bit of aggression on each other," he said.

"It's a change from the norm. We've been going now for ten weeks and we had pre-season a long time before that.

"We often do little things just to mix it up and this was a bit of fun for the players. They enjoyed it. Some were well-behaved out there but others, like Sam (Burgess), were terrible.

"He was just being the big kid we know he is, breaking all the rules."
