THE Bulls may still be celebrating their second win on the bounce but Jon Magrin is already focused on "a war" with his old pals.

The prop left London Broncos at the end of last season in favour of an Odsal switch.

And after Sunday's victory over Toulouse made it two on the spin, the 22-year-old insists the mood in the Bulls camp could not be better ahead of a trip to the capital to face his former team-mates.

Magrin said: "I honestly can't wait. I'm looking forward to it a lot. There's a bit of rivalry there with my old club – but I'm ready for it and just hoping we can get the win.

"I'm still good mates with the boys down there, but you always want to get into your old mates. As much as you're friendly with them, on the pitch it's a war, so I'll be doing my best on Sunday.

"Regardless of that, it's really important to keep this momentum going. The last two weeks have got our confidence levels up and the belief has really increased. We just need to keep that going."

Commenting on the Bulls' turnaround in fortunes since their two opening defeats of the campaign, Magrin heralded the impact of recent arrival Scott Moore.

He said: "Scott is leading by example on the pitch and that's what we need because we've got a very young squad with not a lot of experience. We needed the kind of lift he has brought.

"The likes of Scotty and Leon (Pryce) lead the way and do the simple things well. But I've always believed that we can stay up anyway. The squad is growing and we're growing as individuals, so I'm very optimistic."
