FORMER Bulls star Kieren Moss believes his old club will "come out all guns blazing" in their season's opener tomorrow.

The versatile back is just one of a host of familiar faces in the Hull KR line-up, with Danny Addy, Ben Kavanagh and Mitch Clark also on the Robins' books.

Aussie Moss is expected to challenge for a place on the wing when the two former Super League clubs meet at the Lightstream Stadium in the first round of the new Kingstone Press Championship campaign.

The Bulls, under new head coach in waiting Geoff Toovey, may have had limited preparation time for 2017 but Moss is expecting them to come out fired up against the title favourites.

Moss said: "Bradford will definitely come out all guns blazing. We need to come with our heads screwed on and really stamp our authority on the competition and make our mark first game.

"We need to show people that we might be in the Championship but this isn't going to be just fun and games. It's business for us and we're here to play hard.

"You can't go into any game lightly. I'd hate for the boys to think that we are in the Championship and it's not the same as Super League because there are teams out there who will come out and surprise you if you aren't on your toes.

"We got surprised a few times last year at Bradford and lost games that we should have won just because our heads weren't screwed on.

"Each game, we've got to take it as a step forwards and prepare ourselves for those Eights at the end of the year."
