The Bulls squad faced lengthy delays at a snowbound Leeds-Bradford Airport as they flew out for tomorrow’s game against Catalan Dragons.
Francis Cummins and his players were scheduled to depart Leeds-Bradford at 7am but the snowy conditions meant their flight to Barcelona was delayed until after 11am.
From Spain, the party headed to the south of France and Bradford football and media manager Stuart Duffy said: “The delay was frustrating but we knew it could happen and made the best of a bad job.
“There was nothing that could be done about it and at one point we thought we might not get out at all. But we’re here now and we’re ready to go for the game.”
