Bulls stars Ben Evans and Luke Gale got their hands on the World Cup this week ahead of the eagerly- anticipated tournament later this year.
The pair, who are currently out injured but could represent Wales and England in the autumn showpiece, met students at Tong High School after it was unveiled as the home training ground for the Italian national side during the World Cup.
This was followed by a coaching session with a selected group of mixed-age students, delivered by the Bradford Bulls Foundation and including Evans and Gale.
The Bulls’ training headquarters are based at Tong High School and headteacher Steve Curran said: “We are delighted that Tong High School facilities will be used as a training ground by the Italian team during the Rugby League World Cup this autumn and it will create a real ‘buzz’ in the city in the run-up to this event.”
