BARNSLEY fans have experienced more ups and downs than anyone in League One this season.

The 17th-placed Tykes come to Valley Parade to take on City as the division's form team with four straight wins – the latest a 6-1 mauling of Rochdale on Saturday.

Yet it was only a couple of months ago that they were losing eight on the bounce and boss Lee Johnson was under huge pressure.

Barnsley won at Valley Parade in the JP Trophy in October at a time when they were up against it. They will be a very different proposition tomorrow.

Striker Sam Winnall, who scored a hat-trick in their latest win, said: "We have been looking up for quite a while now because we know what we can achieve.

"Within our group we have had the mindset that we are a good team and we are aiming for those play-offs."

Winger Adam Hammill has played a key part in the revival but Johnson will assess his fitness after he took a knock on an old injury.

Johnson said: "Bradford are a really strong, typical Phil Parkinson side; a strong unit who are very well organised."
