Bronte House youngsters are celebrating after winning the Headmasters’ Conference Sevens Tournament hosted by Grammar School at Leeds.
Victories over RGS Newcastle and Silcoates saw Bronte qualify for the quarter-finals, in which they came from behind to beat Dame Allan’s 33-5.
A 28-0 victory over St Olave’s in the last four was then followed by a tense 21-14 win against Queen Elizabeth Grammar School in the final, Will Kelly scoring the decisive try.
