Westwood Jets under-tens not only preserved their 100 per cent record in the Keybury League by making it eight wins out of eight, they also spiked Horsforth Stallions’ unbeaten Blue Division record in the process.

Jets won 8-3 with goals from James Larvin (4), Ellis Wade (2), Matty Malloy and Tyler Rhodes.

In the Red Division, Bradford Park Avenue defeated bottom-of-the-table Weston Lane Reds 9-0, Asa Mitchell setting the ball rolling with a brace, and later completing his hat-trick.

Ethan Rhodes, Eisa Faulding, Danny Frost, man of the match Kian Hutchinson and substitute Josh Barrett (2) completed their haul.

Avenue’s under-nines drew 2-2 at Oakworth, but were 1-0 down at half-time after missing countless chances.

However, striker Oliver Holcroft equalised in the second half, and soon put Avenue in front. But they tired and much-improved Oakworth equalised. Regan Davidson was Avenue’s man of the match.

Silsden under-sixes defeated visitors Bingley 8-0, taking the lead after a good move involving Max Robinson and Charlie Mitchell, Callum Creed converting neatly before soon adding a second.

A brace from the in-form Robinson, a long-range effort from Lewis Gartland made it five, and Creed got the last three to take his tally to five on the day and nine in two games.

Avenue’s under-12s gained revenge for the previous week’s loss to Burley Trojans by defeating them 6-3 in the Craven, Aire & Wharfe League.

Burley netted first but a fired-up Avenue soon levelled when Billy Raistrick fired into the bottom corner, and he and Josh McKiernon made it 3-1.

Connor Russell, Ewan Pyrah, Omar Powell and Callum Towriss kept a solid defence while, at the other end, Raistrick grabbed his hat-trick and McKiernon got another two to complete his treble. Burley scored two consolation goals, and Towriss was Avenue’s man of the match.

Injury-ravaged Prospect Juniors remain undefeated with eight wins from nine games after a 5-2 win at Eldwick in Division 13D.

Jordon Farrell, with his 18th of the season, captain Johnny Durkan (2) and Liam O’Sullivan and Joe Fitzpatrick helped Prospect retain their lead at the top of the table.

Sam Murphy bagged a nap hand as Wilsden Juniors defeated derby rivals Nab Wood 7-3 in Under-13 Division B.

Nab Wood put Wilsden under pressure in the opening five minutes, but Murphy put Wilsden in the lead with a neat finish.

Murphy soon completed his hat-trick after good support play from Pip Greetham, Lewis and Callum Whitehouse and Max Nunwick, and Joe Hutchinson’s diving header made it 4-0.

In the second half, Nab Wood created some good chances but Wilsden’s defence held firm, with George Heartfield playing well plus Michael Mykyta and Thomas Freethy.

Nab Wood pulled a goal back but Murphy scored two more, with man of the match Isaac Harthault playing well in support. Nunwick’s excellent finish was sandwiched between two Nab Wood goals.

In-form Nab Wood, who led 1-0 for most of the game, took the fight to Horsforth Colts in their 2-2 draw in Division 14D.

Horsforth led 2-1 in the second half, only for Jack Partington to even things up again with a late penalty.

The Colts almost took the lead again in the final minutes but Nab Wood are a disciplined side, as proved by left back Jordan Fletcher’s critical goal-line clearance.

Wyke Wanderers under-tens B kept up their form with a 10-0 win at Gomersal & Cleckheaton in the Huddersfield RCD League.

Wyke Wanderers under-tens A went down 3-1 in the corresponding game, with Benjamin King getting a late consolation goal.

Wanderers under-nines A won a physical battle 4-1 against YMCA, and had plenty of free-kick practice along the way.

Man of the match Owen Khan notched a superb brace, and Nathan Aylott would have matched that had Jack Hewitt-Hill not intercepted his goal-bound shot.

Khan was substitute for Wanderers B and notched another brace as Battyeford C were beaten 3-2, Lewis Evans getting the other goal.

Horton Foxes under-11s drew 3-3 at home to Guiseley Blues in the Garforth League, but had goalkeeper Morgan Archer to thank for the point after a great penalty save.

Foxes’ goals were scored by Jamie Bradley, Joshua Hutton and an own goal, while Samuel Troy was their man of the match.

Bradford Tigers may have lost their Bradford & District FA Under-15 Cup tie 6-4 at home to Craven, Aire & Wharfe League Division A favourites BD3 United but visiting manager Basharat Mahmood conceded: “They were the first team to test us this season.”

Tigers, who are sixth in Division B, failed to take their chances in a cracking match and conceded two sloppy goals but still got back to 4-3 behind before a couple of quick strikes finished them off.

Man of the match for the losers was right back Marv Singh, but the back four in general played well in what was a solid team effort.

Unbeaten BD3 United were 2-0 in front after 15 minutes through Shohiab JB and Sulaman Majid, and made it 4-1 with a 20-yard strike from captain Usman Khan and Bilal Hussain.

From 4-3, however, United took control with goals from Mohammad Israr and man of the match Majid, before Tigers netted a late goal.

Idle needed penalties to go through against Queensbury, Patrick Cooper netting the vital spot-kick after their keeper Clarke had saved one.

Queensbury led 4-2 at one stage, Idle drawing level through a Dylan Budge hat-trick and a Josh Whiteley free-kick.
