Sutton Rogues under-11s won 6-1 at Thackley Thunder in the Craven, Aire & Wharfe Junior League with goals from Antony Songo (3), Ciaren Crabtree (2) and Harry Coburn.

Meanwhile, Albion Sports under-eights have showed their resilience in bouncing straight back from defeat.

After losing narrowly the previous week to Dudley Hill, Sports pocketed a Keybury Junior League victory by winning 10-3 at Leeds Maccabi.

Goals came from Sohail Mahmood (5), man of the match Casey Breaks (2), Raushan Sandhu (2) and Kieran McGinley, and Albion could have a few more had the woodwork not come to the aid of the home side on several occasions.

Bradford Park Avenue Raptors under-tens gave their best performance of the season in defeating Long Lee A 4-2.

Vincent Henderson and Chris Bryon dominated midfield for the winners, who took a 2-0 half-time lead via Billy Firth.

Long Lee replied early in the second half but Ethan Scott was strong in defence as the Keighley side looked for an equaliser.

Henderson extended the lead with a well-executed half-volley from a Taylor Williams left-wing cross, and the latter got the fourth goal before a consolation goal from Long Lee on the full-time whistle.

Hosts Avenue Lizards under-12s and Keighley Shamrocks had to play against the elements as well as each other in a hard-fought encounter.

A strong wind made passing almost impossible, and Avenue took the lead with a goal from Dominic Corps, although in the last minute of the half Shamrocks thundered a free-kick against the bar.

Avenue almost extended their lead in the first minute of the second half when a fine team move ended with Alex Gibson lashing the ball against a Shamrock post.

However, Corps made the game safe with two quick goals midway through the half, giving him his second hat-trick in two games.

Cameron Brewster added a fourth to maintain his goal-a-game record since joining the Lizards.

Wyke Wanderers' under-nine A are through to the second round of the Huddersfield RCD Junior League Cup.

But they let slip a 3-0 lead before winning 6-3 at home to Dalton Dynamoes.

Jacob Smith got all three goals in the first half before the Dynamoes hit three of their own in the second half.

However, fine defending from Kieran McGuire kept the Huddersfield side at bay before Stan Cahill put the game out of their reach with a hat-trick of his own.

Wanderers B team then lost a friendly 2-1, Tyrese Liu being their marksman.

On Sunday, Wanderers A are at Clifton A (10am), with the B team clash following at 10.45am.
