Chief local interest on Saturday is the Yorkshire Shield quarter-final at Rose Cottage between Yorkshire Division One rivals Keighley and Bradford Salem.

Salem's match secretary Neil Klenk said: "Given our positions in the league and the fact that we have done the double over them, I would regard us as slight favourites."

Salem put Kris Falwasser back to No 8 and Jonny Luxton into the second row, while Keighley welcome back flanker Rob Ellis.

Right winger James Morton got four of the first five tries, No 8 Matt Stockdale getting the other on his comeback from shoulder problems.

Other try-scorers as Otley booked a tie at West Park Leeds included left winger Danny Secker (2), scrum half Dave McCormack (2), back-rower Guy Ford (2), replacement left winger Phil Jackson, flanker Ross Bannatyne and No 8 Ben Mills, Phil Howell adding ten conversions.
