Wharfedale showed the club's strength in depth as their third team notched a comprehensive victory over Baildon Firsts in the opening round of the Skipton Properties Aire-Wharfe Cup.
The Dalesmen ran in ten tries under The Avenue floodlights, with full back Nick Taylor grabbing a hat-trick.
Centres Will Pickles and Simon Crabtree each scored braces, with the tally being made up by efforts from winger Ben Whitfield, scrum half Phil Woodhead and fly half Will Bell, who also landed five conversions.
"We were a bit faster, a bit fitter and handled the ball better - we kept the ball alive," said venerable Greens supporter Bill Mann.
BRADFORD & BINGLEY'S third team, who lost 15-7 at home to WEST PARK LEEDS Seconds, tried their hearts out.
Dan Cookson, who was switched from blind-side flanker to No 8 when Mark Heap went off injured, got the Bees try, with Marcus Dracup converting.
West Park's points came from centre Rob Bennett and prop Craig Hardy, centre Tom Bates adding a conversion and a penalty.
