THE Bumble Bees Barbarians – rugby union's first mixed-ability team in England – are playing an exhibition game of touch rugby tomorrow to coincide with the arrival of the Rugby World Cup.
Opponents will be Halifax Magpies at Ovenden Park, home of Halifax Rugby Club.
Entry is free and the Webb Ellis Trophy will be on site alongside Fire and Police vehicles, stalls and cheerleaders.
The Barbarians are preparing to take part in the first Mixed Ability Rugby World Tournament, which is being staged at Bradford & Bingley Rugby Club, Wagon Lane, Bingley, from August 17-21.
