BRADFORD Dudley Hill are aiming to make it four wins on the bounce when National Conference Division Two strugglers Blackbrook arrive at Parry Lane.

Hill’s unbeaten start to the campaign is in stark contrast to the St Helens outfit's opening record of three straight defeats.

Blackbrook, who have probably the best facilities in the Conference, always produce a conveyor belt of talented youngsters and are thought to be in a false position at this early stage – a view that will figure prominently in the pre-match briefing from Hill coach Jason Lee.

The Parry Laners will give talisman captain Tony Huby a late fitness test on his injured knee and Kiwi packman Daniel Palmer is set to figure following his delayed late arrival from France last week.

Utility specialist Danny Samuels is also added to the strong squad, which has Ryan Dickinson in great form following his elevation to the hooking role.

QUEENSBURY face a difficult juggling act when they battle it out with Kings Cross Park in two separate competitions.

The Pennine side are away in the Championship Division they lead on points difference from Mirfield Stage, while the Yorkshire Men's League team are at home to the same opposition on the opening fixture of the summer-based competition.

WEST BOWLING also start their Yorkshire Men's League fixtures with a difficult Hull trip to face Norland Sharks in the Premier Division.

Glenn Barraclough’s boys finished runners-up in the Pennine flagship despite being undercooked for most of the season, playing a miserly total of eight league games.

They are relishing the prospect of firmer grounds to unleash their talented youngsters in what they hope to be a more competitive environment.

VICTORIA RANGERS recent improved form should ensure they give Pennine Division One table-toppers hosts Boothtown Terriers a good run for their money, whilst BIRKENSHAW'S chances of taking the Division Four West title will take a huge leap forward if they lower Illingworth’s colours at East Bierley.
