IN-FORM Thackley make the short journey to Garforth Town on Saturday for a Toolstation Northern Counties East League Premier Division derby.

Chris Reape’s men have won four of their last five, the only defeat being by the odd goal to high-flying Staveley MW after a controversial first-half sending off. The Dennyboys’ James Sutcliffe was dismissed for a second bookable offence.

They head to Garforth on the back of their most impressive win after a 5-1 triumph over Athersley last weekend.

Ryan Farrell bagged a brace, while Mike Garrod, Thomas Dugdale and Mark Trueman were also on target.

Garforth will also be on a high though after they snatched a late leveller to take a point at second-placed Worksop Town in midweek.

Liversedge boss Alan Colquhoun takes his side to former club Nostell MW. Sedge are only three places higher than their relegation-threatened hosts but have an eight-point cushion.

Third-from-bottom Nostell are only above the trapdoor on goal difference but have two games in hand on Retford and four on basement outfit Glasshoughton.

Eccleshill United are still seeking an elusive home win under new head coach Gerard Jones but the wait could be over tomorrow. They host 18th-placed Teversal, who have lost their last five.

However, the Eagles have struggled so much since a bright start to the campaign that even though victory tomorrow would see them hit the 40-point mark, it would still not lift them back into the top half of the table.
