JOHN Penn converted two penalties as Field beat Salts (Craven) 5-0 to reach the Bradford & District FA Cup final for a third successive season.
The last-four tie at Eccleshill United saw Daz Leach put Field ahead with a header from a free-kick and Nick Cowling doubled their lead.
Tom Ponter was then fouled inside the area and Penn stepped up to convert his first spot-kick as Field led 3-0 going in at half-time.
Penn added his second penalty before Field keeper Tom Metcalf made a great save to deny Salts a consolation.
Jack Webster netted the fifth goal after he latched on to a ball that was dropped by the Salts keeper.
Field assistant manager Barry Dunne said: "Although we won 5-0, it was a credit to Salts that they kept trying right up to the end of the match."
Campion and Thornton United Reserves meet in the second semi-final, also at Eccleshill, next Monday (7pm), with the final to be held at Thackley on Wednesday, April 5.
