ALBION SPORTS posted a 3-1 victory against a good Garforth Town side at Throstle Nest, with the turning point an own goal on the stroke of half-time.
Lee Elam had given Albion the lead when he netted following a through ball from Brice Tiani but the visitors hit back with a curling 25-yard free-kick.
Less than a minute before the break the Garforth keeper fumbled an Elam corner and the ball dropped over the line to put the home side back into the lead.
Albion striker Danny Facey hit the bar in the second half but later turned provider as he fed Tiani for him to put the icing on the cake.
