Yeadon extended their unbeaten start to the JCT600 Bradford League Division Two season to 11 games as they recorded a crushing eight-wicket win over struggling Brighouse yesterday.

Even a tenacious 34 from Will Smith couldn't spare Brighouse from being dismissed for 91 as the in-form Oliver Halliday (5-36) and Damon Gormley (4-14) wreaked havoc.

Yeadon, who had been bowled out by Morley 24 hours earlier, showed no such frailty in their batting as they reached their target thanks to the efforts of skipper James Todd (43no) and Oliver Halliday (33no).
