Yorkshire have crept past 400 during the second morning against Leicestershire at Scarborough but failed to pick up maximum batting points.
Jonny Bairstow fell for 182 when he drove Wayne White to cover before the same bowler later clipped the top of Adil Rashid's off-stump as he offered no shot.
Tim Bresnan was run out in between the two White scalps courtesy of a direct hit from third-man as Bresnan and Anthony McGrath ran for the second overthrow.
Yorkshire have gone into lunch at 415-8 from 127 overs with McGrath, who began the day on 49, unbeaten on 84. Ryan Sidebottom is with him on three.
