With Abaseen snapping at their heels, Euro Windows in the West Riding Sunday Council wouldn’t have wished to lose to Manningham – and so comprehensively too.

Euro’s men must have had a brainstorm as they were all out for 60, though Manningham still managed to give four wickets away in their early-day win.

Kashmir were two points above Azeems last week but lost to a better organised side.

Asif Ayub’s contribution of 53 in the Kashmir’s 115 was not enough and Azeems lost just two wickets to put Kashmir behind them in the League, Zulfikar Ali (50no) top-scoring.

Shaadi Cards broke their succession of losses after asking Prajapati to beat their 210, including 91 from Mohammed Jamil.

Prajapati’s Pritesh Lad made his first century this season – a classy 119 – and had Shaadi worried but they fell short by nine runs.

Tasawer Yasin made 49 out of First’s 166, which would have been much more without Zahid Ahmed’s 5-30.

This bowling stood West Bowling Attock in good stead, and with Mohammed Sadaqat’s 53 they scrape home by one wicket.
