Hosts Undercliffe Outlaws will face Windhill Warriors in the final of their own Carlsberg Twenty20 competition.
Windhill beat Jer Lane 3-2 in a bowl-out after their semi-final fell victim to the weather, Undercliffe having seen off Thackley Thundercats by 119 runs.
The final should have been held last night but further rain meant a switch to next Thursday, June 17 (6.30pm).
The teams will be playing for the Joan Peel Trophy at Intake Road.
