The annual meeting of the Dales Council Umpires’ Association takes place on Thursday (7.45pm) at Pudsey St Lawrence Cricket Club, followed by a pie and peas supper.
Former cricketers, or anybody who can spare a few hours on Saturdays during the summer to umpire a match in the Bradford and Leeds area, would be welcome.
