The West Yorkshire and Leeds branch of the Institute of Groundsmanship are welcoming an old friend as guest speaker to their Christmas meeting at Cleckheaton Sports Club tomorrow night (7.30).
He is former Sports Turf Research Institute agronomist Henry Bechelet, who has recently joined horticulture, turf and agriculture company Everris as their technical sales manager for UK and Ireland.
As well as Henry’s talk on research and his new job, there will also be the latest round of the national quiz, a free supper, including mince pies, a free raffle and prizes.
