Campion start their West Riding County FA Challenge Cup campaign with a Bradford derby as they visit East Bierley-based Hunsworth in the first round on Saturday.
The Premier Division side – who are involved in one of four all-West Riding County Amateur League clashes – last won the trophy in 2007.
Salts make the short trip to Scholes to take on West Yorkshire League side Wyke Wanderers, while Steeton host opposition from the same league in Whitkirk Wanderers.
Wibsey welcome Barnoldswick Town reserves and Ventus Yeadon Celtic are aiming for a triple over visitors Westbrook YMCA, whom they beat twice in league games in August.
Ovenden West Riding, who picked up the trophy in 2009, entertain last season’s beaten finalists and fellow Premier Division club Lepton Highlanders at Natty Lane.
Tyersal, who have a bye, host Hall Green United in one of only two Premier Division matches, the other being between Bay Athletic and Kirkburton.
Albion Sports and Halifax Irish, who also have byes to the next round, face each other in the only Division One encounter at Myra Shay.
