BRADFORD & DISTRICT FA SUNDAY SENIOR CUP ties take precedence this weekend after several weather-affected weeks for Bradford Sunday Alliance League clubs.

Buttershaw White Star beat Thornton United 3-0 under floodlights before the freezing temperatures took a grip.

This earned White Star a home tie against George Hotel in the fourth round on Sunday.

There are also two all-Premier Division clashes, with Relay Recruitment Rovers hosting Bolton Woods and Wyke Wanderers taking on Westwood Park.

But there is a delayed second-round tie as well with West Bowling facing Division One opponents Oakenshaw, who have had to surrender home advantage after two postponements.

It is all fourth-round action in the BRADFORD & DISTRICT FA SUNDAY CUP, including Division 2A promotion contenders White Hart hosting Division Four high-fliers Bridge.

There is also an all-Division 2B clash as Beldon Sports entertain Second West, while White Swan have Halfway House Baildon as visitors.

And Division 3A outfit Steel Bangle tackle Division 2B counterparts Heaton Athletic for a place in the semi-finals.

In the league, Sandy Lane – who are still in the DIVISION ONE promotion hunt – host long-time leaders Thornton United, while Cuedos Rangers visit Peel Park in another top clash.
