Keith Lulia named in Bradford Bulls squad

Keith Lulia is poised to make his Bulls debut against Wigan on Sunday after being named in Mick Potter’s 19-man squad.

The centre, a close-season signing from Newcastle Knights, has shaken off a hamstring injury and could replace the stricken Adrian Purtell in the starting line-up.

But backrower Ian Sibbit picked up a shoulder injury during last weekend's victory at Castleford and misses out, though he is expected to come back into contention for next weekend's trip to Wakefield.

Phil Joseph is expected to be among the 17 players on duty on Sunday as Purtell, Sibbit and James Donaldson drop out from last week's squad due to injury.

Bulls squad: Elliot Kear, Matt Diskin, Keith Lulia, Elliott Whitehead, Heath L'Estrange, Tom Burgess, Jason Crookes, Luke Gale, Bryn Hargreaves, Jarrod Sammut, Brett Kearney, Craig Kopczak, Michael Platt, Jamie Langley, Nick Scruton, Paul Sykes, Phil Joseph, Ben Jeffries, Chev Walker

looking forwar to seeing how he goes, my guessing is Sykes and platt will be the 2 to miss out this week, Whats wrong with Ainscough ? is he also injured ? not heard his name mentioned lately.

Sibbitt & Donaldosn will be big misses for their defensive work - Platt Sykes and Jefferies all named in 19 man squad.......

Platt to centre for me (he can tackle and adds a bit of agression), walker into the pack.

3 props on the bench to pummel the wigan pack

Seems ainscough is like briggs and his face just doesn't fit with MP.
ainscough was picked to play in the second strig at keighley whils all the others were in the first team squad at hull.
Just like briggs ainscough doesn't seem to have done much wrong but can't get inthe 17. lets be honest crookes is no worl beater.
