Guiseley will have a near six-hundred-mile round trip in the next round of the FA Trophy following the draw at lunchtime today.

The Lions travel to the winners of tomorrow night’s second-round replay between Eastbourne Borough and Dorchester Town, who drew 3-3 on Saturday in the last 16.

Guiseley boss Steve Kittrick said: "One of the directors and myself are going down there tomorrow night to watch the replay, and that in itself will be a nightmare journey.

"But it needs to be done because we have to show the sides that respect. Eastbourne are Blue Square Premier and Dorchester are Blue Square South, so they are not clubs we come up against it the course of a normal season.

"I hope we will learn something from tomorrow night because both clubs will want to win this so will have their best sides out. We will see the team sheets and the tactics and hopefully what depth they have on their benches.

"It’s funny because I knew this would happen. When I looked at all the results from the second round when I got in last Saturday I said to my Mrs ‘we will get the winner of that replay away’, and we did.

"It is going to be a hell of a long way against a team that know very little about but it is like any cup tie - it’s winnable.

"We get who we get and you just get on with it. The bottom line is that everyone at our club is glad to still be involved at this stage and looking forward to the next round, no matter where we have to go."
