The Manor retained the Bradford & District Rabbits Association President’s Cup as they finished four shots clear at soggy West Bradford.

The defending champions defied the rain to post a 134 total, with East Bierley second and Shipley a further six shots back on 124.

This was the sixth year of the competition, which was instigated by BDRGA president Tad Jandzio in 2004-05.

Current president Geoff Senior thanked West Bradford for hosting the event again – and for choosing the wettest Sunday of the month!

The course was in very good condition, no doubt helped by rain during the preceding week and especially on the morning of the event.
