Nathan Scott equalled the course record with a gross 66 to win the annual Crow Nest Masters.
The tournament is open to members who have won a major competition at the club and Scott headed a field of 44 with a score that equated to 43 stableford points.
Runner-up on 40 points was greenkeeper Mark Widdop, while the ladies prize went to former captain Ann Stafford as she beat Barbara Horrocks into second place.
Meanwhile, Jim Roberts and Ruth Wilson were the main prize winners on Rabbits Captain’s Day at the club.
Rabbits captain John Cryer thoroughly enjoyed the day, despite the wet conditions, as members defied the rain to post decent scores.
Roberts won the Rabbits Captain’s Day Cup and Wilson the equivalent ladies competition.
The Junior Rabbits Captain’s event was won by Harry Mowl, with Nathan Scott taking the Tigers Rabbits prize.
