Bradford Dudley Hill coach Jason Lee intends to keep faith with the majority of the side that narrowly failed to take the spoils at Millom last week when they host National Conference Division One strugglers Heworth.

Lee said: “It was a brilliant backs-to-the-wall effort from every one of them. They showed desire and a will to win and I have always said that every player deserves to keep their shirt after performances like that.”

Hill will have Danny Thomas and Duane Nelson back in contention following their international debut for Jamaica in the USA.

They will be expecting to triumph against the York side, who have not won this season.

West Bowling travel to leaders Saddleworth without the services of forward Danny Lang, who has been suspended for eight matches.

Wests, who are refreshed after a week off, are hoping stand-off Gareth Cullington will pass a late fitness test.
