Bragging rights aside, both teams will be keen to progress as they are both out of the West Riding County Challenge Cup.
The winners will face a clash at the end of November with either Campion or Golcar United, who meet at Manningham Mills, while Albion Sports face Premier Division leaders Bay Athletic at Huddersfield.
Holders Meltham Athletic start their defence at Lower Hopton.
Unbeaten Hunsworth, who lost the Division One Cup final to Tyersal last season, entertain Eastmoor at Birkenshaw.
Salts and Steeton, second and third in Division One respectively, will put aside league aspirations for a place in the next round when they meet each other at Saltaire.
Bronte Wanderers travel to Littletown, while Ventus/Yeadon Celtic visit Wakefield City.
