Bradford Dudley Hill full back Lewis Evans makes a welcome return from a long-term knee injury on Saturday.
His side are seeking to extend their undefeated three-match National Conference Division One run against Milford Marlins at Parry Lane.
The classy Evans, who has been out of action for nine months, will boost the three-quarters while the pack will also be at strength with forwards Kenny Smith and Liam Jordan back on the teamsheet. Coach Jason Lee said: “We can really kick off our promotion ambitions but the key is showing consistency every game.
“Lewis will add an extra dimension to what will be a very strong side.”
West Bowling teenager Elliot Cousen has been handed the No 1 jersey for their trip to Thatto Heath Crusaders. The youngster has already played centre and stand-off in his three first-team appearances this season but, with regular occupant James Dewhirst unavailable, coach John Mitchell explained: “We are determined to give our talented youth the chance to make the grade.
“I know Elliott will do a great job at the back and Callum Wilcox and Mike Batty, who are also coming through from the juniors, are added to the squad.”
