HANGING Heaton will defend the trophy they won last season when they host the JW Lees T20 Cup finals at Bennett Lane tomorrow.
They take on Premier Division rivals Methley in the Group A final at 3.30pm and it promises to be an interesting clash.
Both sides have powerful batting line-ups and the boundary is likely to be peppered with players like Gary Fellows, Callum Geldart, Joe Fraser, Ben Kohler-Cadmore and David Stiff in the Hanging Heaton side matched against Methley’s big guns Marcus Walmsley, Grant Soames, Dan Shuffe, Adam Patel and Ashton Blakey.
Before the Premier big hitters go head to head there is an intriguing Group B final between Championship Two leaders Keighley and league new boys Jer Lane.
Jer Lane would dearly love to win silverware in their first season but Keighley present a stern test.
The Group B final starts at noon with the Group A showdown at 3.30pm. Admission is free.
