Leeds United could have as many as five new faces in the line-up when they start their pre-season matches in Ireland on July 7.
The match against Shelbourne comes only three days after the Football League are expected to lift their embargo on transfers at Elland Road.
United have been setting up deals ready for players to put pen to paper as soon as the ban, caused by the recent administration process, is removed.
Among the latest names linked with a move to Leeds is central defender Jack Pelter, the New Zealand under-20s captain.
Wise is also hoping to re-sign out-of-contract players Rui Marques, Matt Heath and Tore Andre Flo.
United, who have already had their match at Bournemouth switched to midweek on police advice, have now been forced to move the first visit to Huddersfield since 1987 from Easter Monday to the following day, March 25 (7.45).
